The thought of selling your home can be stressful even when your real estate agent is your brother-in-law! Jesse made the process super quick, easy, and a very positive experience for not just my husband and I but also our 3 kids (which is a big deal). He was super knowledgable and helpful with all the different twist and turns I never even knew existed when you sell your home. He was kind and understanding as we repeatedly called and texted with questions that I'm sure he had already answered. We even accidentally broke a house window in the tail end of moving and Jesse took care of it completely. Never had to think about it again. Jesse is an absolutely excellent real estate agent. He sincerely cares about his clients. I was in a pretty desperate situation when I first contacted Jesse. My husband had suddenly passed away and I was forced to sell my home and fast. I only had enough money to make a few more payments. There's definitely a difference in agents, my first one was terrible. I ended up with a sale that fell through, which could have been avoided had my agent made one simple phone call. My daughter recommended I speak with her agent Jesse. After speaking with him I knew he was good and I trusted him right off. But I had a signed contract with the other agent. The only way I could back out of the contract was to have Jesse agree to give a percentage of his commission to the other agent. So she would get paid for doing nothing while Jesse did all the work. Right, who's going to do that especially for a total stranger! But Jesse did that for me, he took me on as a client knowing he would only get part of his commission. It's hard to find many people these days that will do that for someone else. Jesse is one in a million! He worked so hard for me, even giving me moral support along the way. He was readily available to answer any questions I had, even on nights and weekends. I had put some money down on a condo but when my house failed to sell I couldn't purchase the condo. In his free time, he made some phone calls and managed to save my condo for me. He is knowledgeable, personable and very easy to work with. I wouldn't even consider working with any other agent.
